CNC bending — press brake bending a metal sheet

CNC Bending

A 260-ton Griffon 260-43 press brake with 4.3 m working length turns flat blanks into finished parts — MS up to 10 mm, SS up to 6 mm, repeatable across batches.
Learn more
Welding — MIG/TIG welding with arc and sparks

Welding

MIG, TIG and laser welding on Fronius iWave and Colton machines — strong, clean, distortion-free weldments and complete fabricated sub-assemblies.

Frequently asked questions

Our DNS LC-4020S fiber laser cuts mild steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm and aluminium up to 10 mm, on a 6.5 × 2.5 m bed. We also cut brass and copper, and pipe from 1″ to 12″ diameter (max Ø 300 mm).

Yes. All processes are handled in-house. We operate a 260-ton, 4.3 m CNC press brake for bending and MIG, TIG and laser welding for assemblies, so flat blanks become finished, welded components within one facility.

DXF, DWG and STEP files are ideal, though a clear PDF or hand sketch is sufficient to begin. We review every enquiry for manufacturability before quoting.

Both. We handle one-off samples, small batches and ongoing production with the same repeatable quality, and validate every new part against the drawing before a batch runs.

We are located at Narnarayan Industrial Park-2, Kubadthal, Gujarat 382430. We supply manufacturers across India, serving industries from automotive and agriculture to pharmaceutical, construction and water treatment.
